1. About TravelNavo

TravelNavo provides an online platform for customers to enquire about, search for, request, and book
transportation services, including Force Urbania, buses, tempo travellers, coaches, and other vehicles
for tours, travel, sightseeing, corporate travel, events, airport transfers, and other transportation
requirements.

Depending on the booking, transportation services may be provided directly by TravelNavo or through
independent vehicle owners, operators, drivers, or transportation partners.

2. Website and Mobile Application Use

You may use the TravelNavo website and mobile application only for lawful purposes and in accordance
with these Terms & Conditions.

You agree not to:

• Provide false, inaccurate, misleading, or incomplete information.
• Use the platform for fraudulent or unlawful purposes.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our website, application, systems, or accounts.
• Interfere with the security or normal operation of our platform.
• Use automated systems or methods to access the platform without authorization.
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity.
• Use the platform in a manner that may damage TravelNavo, its partners, drivers, customers, or services.

3. Eligibility

By making a booking or payment through TravelNavo, you confirm that you have the legal capacity and
authority to enter into a binding agreement and make the booking.

If you make a booking on behalf of another person, group, organization, or company, you confirm that
you are authorized to accept these Terms & Conditions on their behalf.

4. Booking Requests and Confirmation

Submission of a booking request or enquiry does not automatically guarantee vehicle availability or
booking confirmation.

A booking will be considered confirmed only after TravelNavo or the relevant authorized service provider
communicates confirmation through an appropriate method, such as the website, mobile application, email,
SMS, WhatsApp, telephone, or another official communication channel.

Vehicle availability may depend on the travel date, location, vehicle category, passenger capacity,
route, and other operational factors.

5. Booking Information and Customer Responsibility

You are responsible for providing accurate and complete booking information, including pickup location,
destination, travel dates, travel times, passenger details, contact information, and other information
necessary to provide the transportation service.

TravelNavo will not be responsible for delays, service issues, additional costs, or booking problems
resulting from inaccurate, incomplete, or incorrect information provided by the customer.

6. Pricing and Charges

Booking prices may depend on various factors, including vehicle type, route, distance, travel duration,
number of days, location, tolls, parking, permits, driver allowances, applicable taxes, additional
kilometres, additional hours, and other applicable charges.

Unless specifically stated otherwise at the time of booking, additional charges may apply for services
or expenses outside the confirmed booking details.

Customers are advised to carefully review the booking quotation, inclusions, exclusions, and applicable
charges before confirming a booking.

7. Payments

TravelNavo may offer online payment facilities through secure third-party payment processing services.
Payment may be made using supported payment methods available at the time of booking.

Payment of an advance amount or booking amount may be required to confirm a reservation. The applicable
payment amount and payment schedule will be communicated during the booking process.

A booking may not be confirmed until the required payment has been successfully received and verified.

TravelNavo is not responsible for payment failures, delays, interruptions, or technical errors caused by
banks, payment service providers, internet connectivity, or other third-party systems beyond our reasonable control.

8. Booking Modification

Requests to modify a confirmed booking, including changes to travel dates, pickup locations, destinations,
vehicle type, travel duration, or passenger requirements, are subject to availability and operational feasibility.

Changes to a booking may result in changes to the booking price or additional charges.

9. Cancellation by Customer

Customers may request cancellation of a booking by contacting TravelNavo through the available official
communication channels.

Cancellation charges and refund eligibility, where applicable, may depend on factors including the time
remaining before the scheduled travel date, vehicle arrangements already made, and the applicable
cancellation and refund policy.

Customers should review the applicable Cancellation and Refund Policy before confirming a booking.

10. Cancellation or Changes by TravelNavo

TravelNavo may modify, reschedule, cancel, or arrange a replacement vehicle where reasonably necessary
due to vehicle unavailability, mechanical issues, safety concerns, operational requirements, government
restrictions, weather conditions, road conditions, emergencies, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control.

Where reasonably possible, TravelNavo will make reasonable efforts to inform customers and provide
an appropriate alternative solution.

11. Vehicle and Service Availability

While TravelNavo makes reasonable efforts to provide the vehicle category selected by the customer,
availability may be affected by operational or unforeseen circumstances.

Where the originally requested vehicle is unavailable, TravelNavo may offer a reasonable alternative
vehicle or make other suitable arrangements, subject to availability.

12. Customer Conduct During Travel

Passengers are expected to behave responsibly and respectfully during the journey and comply with
applicable laws, safety instructions, and reasonable instructions provided by the driver or authorized
service personnel.

TravelNavo or the vehicle operator may refuse or discontinue service where a passenger’s behavior
creates a safety risk, causes significant disruption, damages the vehicle, violates applicable law,
or threatens the driver or other passengers.

13. Damage to Vehicle or Property

Customers and passengers may be held responsible for damage caused to the vehicle or related property
due to intentional misconduct, negligence, or misuse.

Any applicable repair, cleaning, replacement, or other reasonable costs arising from such damage may
be charged to the responsible customer or passenger, where permitted by applicable law.

14. Luggage and Personal Belongings

Passengers are responsible for their personal belongings and luggage.

TravelNavo, vehicle operators, and drivers are not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of
personal belongings, except where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Customers should ensure that all personal belongings are collected when leaving the vehicle.

15. Delays and Force Majeure

Travel schedules may be affected by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including traffic conditions,
road closures, weather conditions, natural disasters, strikes, government actions, accidents, security
situations, mechanical issues, public emergencies, or other unforeseen events.

TravelNavo will make reasonable efforts to provide the booked services but cannot guarantee that travel
will always begin, continue, or end at an exact scheduled time.

16. Mobile Application Permissions and Features

The TravelNavo mobile application may request access to certain device features, such as location
information, when necessary to provide a feature requested by you.

You may control application permissions through your device settings. Disabling certain permissions
may affect the availability or functionality of specific application features.

TravelNavo may use or link to third-party services, including payment services, map services,
communication services, hosting providers, and other technology services.

Your use of third-party services may be subject to their respective terms, conditions, and privacy policies.
